This document is versioned but is not a current published policy. Refer to its publication status in the Legal Center.
Requesting deletion
Use the account controls where available or contact privacy@dafluma.com. We must verify the requester and may pause the request if the account is disputed, subject to an investigation, or has unresolved financial obligations.
What may be deleted or anonymized
- Profile details, biography, optional preferences, and profile media that no longer need to be retained.
- Learning activity that is not required for credential integrity, disputes, safety, or legal obligations.
- Direct identifiers in retained operational records where anonymization is feasible and lawful.
What may be retained
- Payment, receipt, refund, tax, payout, and reconciliation records for the applicable statutory period.
- Certificate and verification evidence needed to prevent fraud and preserve credential authenticity.
- Security, fraud-prevention, moderation, legal-hold, and immutable audit evidence.
- Backups until they rotate out under the controlled retention schedule.
Effect of closure
Closure terminates active access and may make progress, submissions, downloads, or credentials unavailable from the account. A lawfully retained public verification record may remain with minimized personal data.
