Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and IWEBZ KENYA LTD, the contracting supplier and operator of Dafluma. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and the policies linked from the Legal Center. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep credentials, one-time codes, and sessions confidential.
• Do not share an account, impersonate another person, or bypass role and access controls.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You remain responsible for activity attributable to your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Learning access

Course availability, previews, subscription duration, and entitlements are shown in the applicable product or checkout screen. Access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms. Progress and credentials remain subject to integrity checks.

Acceptable conduct

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, intellectual-property rules, and instructions applicable to assessments, instructor materials, uploads, and AI-assisted features.

Service changes and availability

We may maintain, secure, improve, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical, but may act immediately to protect users, payments, data, or platform integrity. No online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity, using proportionate safeguards and review processes where appropriate. You may stop using the service and request account closure under the Account Deletion Policy.

Responsibility and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Kenya, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
