Permitted assistance

AI may support explanation, brainstorming, accessibility, discovery, content organization, and operational review where the applicable course or workflow permits it. Users must verify important outputs and remain responsible for decisions and submitted work.

Transparency and integrity

Disclose material AI assistance when required. Do not present generated work as independently completed, fabricate sources, automate assessments, impersonate people, or use AI to evade safety, payment, identity, or access controls.

Data safety

Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, confidential institutional data, protected personal data, or content you lack permission to process. The availability of an upload or prompt field is not authorization to disclose information.

Human oversight

AI outputs may be incomplete, biased, outdated, or wrong. High-impact administrative, financial, disciplinary, credential, privacy, and security actions require the authorized human review and evidence defined by the owning platform workflow.
