Fixed-duration access

Where plans renew manually, choosing not to renew is sufficient: access continues until the current paid period ends and then expires. Cancelling does not erase progress or automatically create a refund.

Recurring arrangements

If a recurring arrangement is introduced and shown at checkout, cancellation stops future renewals after the effective date stated in the confirmation. The current paid period normally remains available unless a refund or enforcement action changes the entitlement.

Other workflows

Instructor applications, course participation, and optional programmes may be withdrawn through their owning workflow, subject to pending reviews, financial reconciliation, credential integrity, and retention requirements.
