Your content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully create and submit. You grant the operator a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, secure, back up, and deliver it for operating and promoting the service, subject to account and course settings.

Instructor responsibility

Instructors must have rights to every lecture, subtitle, thumbnail, download, assessment, and external resource they publish. Importing a folder does not transfer ownership or cure missing permissions.

Learner work and feedback

Learner submissions remain subject to the applicable course and assessment rules. Feedback may be used to improve the service without publicly identifying the contributor unless permission is obtained.

Marks and technology

Dafluma, the Human Flow mark, the Dafluma wordmark, and related product presentation may be trademarks or protected brand assets. No licence is granted to platform source code, security mechanisms, or operational technology except as required to use the service normally.
