Payment, subscriptions, course access, promotions, cancellations, and refunds.

Prices and checkout

The price, currency, plan duration, discount, and resulting access are displayed before payment. A payment request is not complete until the provider confirms it. Never approve an M-Pesa request you did not initiate. Merchant wording on a provider prompt or receipt must match the configured legal merchant identity.

Subscriptions and access

Unless checkout expressly states recurring billing, access is for the fixed period shown and renewal is manual. Successful eligible payment activates the corresponding entitlement. Access ends when its paid period expires unless renewed or extended under an approved programme.

Promotions, coupons, and referrals

Offers are subject to their published eligibility, limits, period, plan scope, and anti-abuse checks. A promotion has no cash value unless explicitly stated. Duplicate, self-referred, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible claims may be rejected or reversed.

Receipts and evidence

Receipts reflect captured transactions and are retained as financial evidence. A receipt does not by itself expand course access beyond the applicable order, plan, or entitlement. Contact support if payment was captured but access is missing.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops future or uncompleted service where supported; it does not automatically reverse an already captured payment. Refund eligibility is assessed under the Refund Policy, the facts of the transaction, provider status, consumed access, and applicable law.

Taxes and provider charges

Prices will identify included taxes where required. Your network or payment provider may impose charges outside our control. Instructor payouts and revenue shares are governed by separate applicable agreements and policies.
